The hotel provided excellent service. They were very patient (as I wrote to them with many questions before arrival...back and forth), and helped arrange local tour guide for me. They provided free transportation between airport and hotel, and a local cell phone during my stay. The staff were responsible that every time I went out they would ask and offer recommendation.

So, this hotel is so willing to be accommodating that I think they actually were a little disappointed with me that I didn't utilize them to pick us up from the bus stop.

The hotel is not in town center, it's not even particularly close to town center, but it is only like a $2/or $3 Tuk tuk drive away from the center of town, and it's nice and quiet. I was interested in the nice and quiet and this hotel was one of our last hotels to stay at during our trip.

The hotel is beautiful, to get to it you drive through some pretty interesting areas of Siem Reap, but the hotel is superb. The hotel also acknowledges that they're a bit out of the way and it may be difficult to explain where they are, so they give you a cell phone so that you can call them and they will explain to the tuk tuk driver. I have never had a hotel give me a cell phone before, and probably never will again. It was such a cool and clever consideration on the part of the hotel.

They let you choose the smell for your room when you check in.

The rooms are incredibly spacious. We had a king sized bed and two seating areas, plus a closet area, plus a bathroom with a bathtub and a rain shower (not attached to each other) and a toilet area. It's probably one of the biggest hotels I've ever stayed in. And the beds were extremely comfy.

We got a complimentary massage as part of our booking and the massage was very good. I'd recommend it to others.

All in all, especially considering price, this hotel is well well well worth staying at.

As an aside: we did a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat and had the hotel prepare a breakfast box for us. Our breakfast box was way better than everybody elses near us. (Breakfast was included in the price of the hotel too).

Fantastic team of staff who go out of their way to ensure you have all you need and more. Rooftop pool area is great to cool off and enjoy a drink (particularly in happy hour 5pm-7pm!) We were upgraded to the suite and were impressed with the quality of the room, attention to detail and value for money.

So nice. Small (15 rooms) boutique hotel, personal airport pickup and return, the nicest (my wife says to say "sweetest") staff, super clean, free body and foot massage, great rooftop bar and pool for viewing sunsets, good breakfast. It is the closest hotel to Angkor Wat. I'm always skeptical about reviewers recommending specific people, but here I go: Our local guide was Kea (pronounced like the car Kia) Leach, booked by the hotel. Good English, very knowledgeable about the history of the temples, and happy to talk to us about real life in Cambodia. Our TukTuk driver Hang was also very nice. Since you are reading this, let me put my 2 cents worth in about the temple tours. If you are a history buff or in your 20's, go full tilt for 4 or 5 days. For us seniors, walking 4 or 5 miles and up and down a few hundred steps in 95 degree, 90% humidity (in March) every day is taxing. Make no mistake, it is incredibly impressive. But based on our experience, this is what I would tell my BFF to do: do the sunrise Angkor Wat and then keep going on your tour of that temple. The next day get up around 7AM and tour Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights from 9-12 April 2017. The room was large, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff cannot do enough for you, they are all extremely polite and helpful and I honestly have not come across a more professional team. We found it extremely good value for money, with a 60 minute massage also included, which was marvellous. We ate dinner at the hotel which was reasonably priced and delicious. Reception staff arranged tours of the temples for us, and through the hotel we met a super Tuc Tuc driver who helped us find a lovely restaurant in town. We swam in the small rooftop pool, which is a marvellous way to round off a baking hot day visiting the temples. The hotel is a little way out of town, on the road to the Angkor temples, which for us worked out well as the main centre is very busy and chaotic. All in all, it was a super experience and I would highly recommend Nita by Vo as a great place to stay on a visit to Siem Reap.
