Great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the night market but far enough away to be very quiet. The rooms were spacious and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and big and each room had black out curtains which made sleeping in easy! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many of options both western and Asian. Plus an omelette bar and the ability to order special foods like bacon. The hotel has two pools which were a little small but nice to relax at after walking around temples. Overall a great place, highly recommend.

Great hotel, well located within a short walk to Pub Street and markets. Very impressed with staff, very friendly and always made you feel very special and welcomed. Staff went out of their way to help and be friendly. Pools were great. Nothing was a problem. Would be very happy to stay here again should we visit Siem Reap. Highly recommended.

Nice enough hotel. No issues with room or pool other than they look nothing like the photos the hotel advertise. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast pretty average and Also stops at 9:30. Very strict dress code - not allowed in to breakfast in shorts and strappy shirt which seems very extreme considering the swimming pool is directly outside the dining area. Our room was quite tired and dated and the bathroom smelt of sewage quite often. We would get yellow water out of the taps in the bath. Great location for walking into the town centre. Would not rush back however as certainly not the 5* it advertises.

Enjoyed our week stay immensely, will return. Free wifi. We requested handicapped, so got a room with a step in shower. Tubs not so easy for older travelers. Comfy beds. QUIET room. Very helpful travel organizer. Can bargain a bit on day trip transport. because just outside in the street ate tuktuk drivers competing for business. Breakfast buffet very good, large variety, and seating space available in two dining rooms, one to the side behind the drinks table. Main dining room sometimes busy about 830 am.and the side room is quieter.. Staff well trained and efficient and cheerful.

Room Tip: Quiet rooms away from street and pool, higher floors

The staff were just fantastic. Some of the best service I have encountered. The location is perfect, just a 5-7 min walk to the main areas like Pub St and Angkor Night Market but some fab little places just next to the hotel to eat and drink too which made a welcome change. Bedroom lovely with a really comfy large bed. Bathroom facilities good. The pools are both excellent! They are smaller than in pics as other reviews say but it is no problem at all, really, they were very relaxing after hot day exploring temples. Food very good we ate breakfast on a few mornings which was included. We booked our temple tuk tuk via the hotel after foing some research they were well priced and for the early start we were provided with a packed breakfast which was a nice touch (bread and butter, fruit, water). On one occasion we had lunch in the restaurant which was actually great! Free tuk tuk airport transfer was a bonus!

Not much to improve as it was brilliant! All I'd say is some small touches to maintaining the decor would make a big difference to the feel of the place, for example painting the white pool-side chairs in the Bayon pool area which looked rusty. More vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice. Overall though we were here for 8 nights and are really pleased that we stayed here and would highly recommend.

Thank you for a lovely stay and for being so welcoming.
