The staff was extremely friendly always looking to make our stay great, breakfast was fantastic, the room was amazing. They put together a tour of Angkor Wat with a great guide and driver. Very reasonable cost for the day long tour. Justin, the GM, made a point of coming to meet us and make sure that our stay was going great. A perfect place to stay while in Siem Reap.

Room Tip: Our suite was fantastic - plenty of room

We were unsure as to what to expect when going to siem reap, Cambodia.
We felt "at home" from the moment that we set foot in the hotel.
We were greeted with welcome drinks and cool flannels and then showed around the hotel and our room. Everything was luxurious yet welcoming.
Our room was very spacious with 2 showers and a beautiful bath, and it overlooked the stunning and peaceful pool area.
All staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful and nothing was ever too much for them.
The hotel offered us a free Tuk tuk into town and back. Always prompt.
Great shopping in the town ( friendly bartering required)!
Could not fault this hotel or the trip to Siem Reap. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Room was very spacious and luxurious and exceptionally clean

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and it was brilliant. The rooms are lovely, the food excellent but what really makes this hotel is the quality of the team. From the moment we arrived, to the point of our final departure we were made to feel welcomed and valued. Nothing is too much trouble and the help and advice we received was first rate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It is a real gem!

We leave in the deserts of Arabia, and decided to make something special for our 10th wedding anniversary; while most people dream of remote beaches and quiet locations...for us, avid travelers, exploring the ancestral culture of the Khmer people sounded extremely appealing. The pristine facilities and the hospitality of the staff provided the perfect platform from which to access the legendary temples and the exuberant jungle. This all made for a very memorable experience...then, we just realized, it was only our first trip to Cambodia. Aw Kohn.

Room Tip: Second floor facing the pool.

We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this boutique hotel - the room, the facilities, the food and in particular the services of the entire Anantara team.

We were welcomed warmly by the team beginning from our arrival at the Siem Reap airport (we have pre-arranged airport pick-up from the hotel). Our room was immediately available to us upon our arrival in the morning until our departure late in the afternoon. The team also extended the courtesy of making the restaurant available to us an hour before its official opening hours, allowing us to have a bite in the early evening before we have to head to the airport.

Much appreciated was the butler service which provided us with excellent suggestions on where to eat out in town as well as on what activities to partake on.
