We stayed here just before the Covid-19 broke out and we had to get back home before things started shutting down. We're so glad we could stay here. The hotel grounds were lovely. Staff are truly outstanding. Genuinely kind people who aren't just there for business.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with a decent range of options.
We plan to return to Siem Reap when the virus pandemic eases. You can guarantee this is the first place we'll look to book.

My friend and I shared a twin room here while we stayed in Siem Reap and it was nothing short of perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was great and the service was amazing. The staff and team were so friendly and helpful, especially organising our tours around Angkor Wat and the other temples in the area. The breakfast was fantastic, as was all the food in the restaurant and the pool was a great way to cool off after exploring! Our stay here was everything we hoped for and more and I will definitely be back next time I visit Cambodia!

We spent 3 nights there, the rooms are spacious and simple enough to feel like home but the employees really do their best, and always with a smile, to content you do you feel you are in a 4 stars hotel. The restaurant is also good and the swimming pool is perfect to relax after a day of visits

We really love to stay at this place un Siem Reap. The location was perfect for us, just 10min walk to city center, but in a very quite and peaceful area. The hotel is very nice, with a very relaxing environment. The rooms big and comfortable, and the staff more than friendly and helpful. I truly recommend this place when visiting this city.

We stayed here 2n3d. The hotel is in calm and quite locality and away from the crowd and noise of famous pub street. The rooms are spacious with attached bath and balcony. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom and the room is neat and clean. Although we didn't liked the toiletries provided. Bathroom had 24/7 hot water service. The hotel has a swimming pool which is well maintained. There is a small bar adjacent to the pool. Also they have a good resturent. The food and drinks were a bit pricey comapred to the pub street bars and restaurants. All the hotel staff were very kind and courteous. They were available at your service 24*7. Specially I would like to call out Mr. Roth. He single handedly arranged everything for us. He planned our tours, suggested authentic khmer resutrant even provided us free sim cards. When we requested for late check-out he agreed to that too without question asked. He is really a gentleman with all the resources. Also our tuk tuk driver for the entire trip Mr. Soth helped us a lot. He is a great guy, dedicated hinself fully to customer satisfaction. Only one problem is that it is a bit far away from city centre pub street. Its 20-25 min walk, or you can take tuk tuk. Also they provide free transfer for one side. One good thing is as it is away from bustling pub Street its quiet down here and its peaceful enough. So party hard at pub Street and sleep well in Le Chanthou.
