This restaurant had been recommended to us by family who had previously visited and it lived up to all expectations.
We love the restaurant's mission of training local youth in the hospitality industry, and the training clearly works. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, very attentive and helpful. The food was wonderful as well, we had the Tiger Prawn curry and sausages as mains and eggplant for a starter. Everything was perfect and finished with a fantastic desert.
We had no reservation but were able to fit in on a longer shared table, probably worth booking if you want to guarantee entry. A bit more expensive than the other restaurants in Siem Reap, but the service and food are absolutely worth it - the best restaurant in town that we tried.
