It was a girl's day out for lunch, we decided on Mirchi as all in the Group did not try the restaurant.
in terms of location, I would think, is that the location is really bad for a restaurant, due to it being a busy road with no parking and no pick up or drop off space.
It was an empty restaurant, huge as ever - we could have played some ball games in there.
We ordered a couple of starters - veg platter tandoor and chicken seekh kebab . both were just ok, nothing to shout about and extremely dry.
For the mains, order the paneer makhani - just too sweet a dish, not sure if they added heaps of sugar to it! The Rogan ghost was good gravy, except the mutton could have been cooked more tender and it also had a weird smell to it. The chicken biryani was nothing great - just ok and the other minus point here is that it arrived cold.
I would give a full 5 points only to the Gajar ka halwa - it was amazing,
Service is pleasing, but they are so huge and if the restaurant is empty, you tend to be in a forgotten corner and continuously seek their attention.
