First time to have lunch there ( Mall of Egypt Branch )
We were a big group - Around 10 people including kids
the food was very nice, excellent staff
for Sure we shall have another visit to taste other itmes

Best American resturant in town & especially their Chicago deep dish pizza plus their wings were very good.

I ordered taxes casserole it’s very tasty their prices are quite good for their portion service is excellent I visited their branch in Heliopolis Cairo and tend to visit other branches

1) Food (Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, Mac ’n’ Cheese, Steaks & Burgers) were tasty & perfect.
2) Staff were polite and well knowledgeable with menu items.
3) Prices were good & reasonable.
4) Beverages were great

How poor management can kill a creative business, we went to this restaurant after lots of recommendations from friends specially that food reputation was good , we were very badly serviced that we left after 20 minutes ordering nothing , the staff is unhappy and demotivated
no selling or communication skills and so funny when I left and complained to the manager of the guy had no clue how to react or behave .
That’s a good place with good growth potential with very innovative and creative dishes but it’s threatened by poor management . Not recommended at all
