I am facing a big problem now while I am staying in Hilton king ranch Alexandria egypt it’s 2:40 am and a wedding party is held in the hotel from 10 pm till now with a very loud music wish I can’t sleep with it and I called the front office many time and night manager and they tell me to wait until 3 am !!!!! Is this is Hilton???
All the stuff is not wearing face masks I think they didn’t know anything about COVID !!!!!!!More

Very good hotel with large rooms and excellent facilitates.
The only problem is the hotel location which is considerably away from external facilitates like shopping facilities and pharmacies.
Breakfast buffet is very good.
I was there for 3 nights for a change with my family, check in was so fast, Mr Badr from the reception helped us in finding the suitable rooms convenient for us, rooms so clean with all the comfort inside looking at the pool with a nice view at the extension & palm trees everywhere.
A nice coffee shop having a know Egyptian hot drink called Sahlab, also with a delicious icecream.
Breakfast was perfect with many varieties.
Actually what attracted me most in this hotel compared to other 5 stars hotel was the cheerful smile & help we received starting from the house keeper, to the receptionist staff to the breakfast staff, up to the manager sending us a nice welcome basket with varieties of fruits.
Thank you all, sure I would live to see you all again.
