We were luckily upgraded to the apartment level of this 9 room hotel. What a treat. The only problem is that it was on the top floor so we had to walk up but when you get to the apartment it has a little kitchenette 2 bathrooms and wonderful amenities. In the summer this was a Euro500/night and we paid Eur150 for the winter.
The other rooms that we saw were heavily decorated so simplicity isnt the theme here.
Front service was excellent and breakfast was adequate.
Dubrovnik is really getting very crowded these days so guys even in November so come here before it get inundated even more. Food prices as well are really on the high side than anywhere else in Croatia so be prepared

A moderately priced boutique art Hotel in the heart of the Old Town adjacent to the main street Stradun. Each room is themed with a different artist. We stayed in the George Heidweiller room which had a small balcony and all amenities needed plus a mini kitchenette with coffee and tea and a hot plate which wasn't needed as there are so many lovely eateries in the surrounding streets. Moby Dick restaurant is next door which serves excellent sea food.

We just had a six-night stay here and were on the whole very happy with the hotel. Wonderful location - right in the centre of Dubrovnik old town - but quiet at night as no passing traffic. Maybe just the odd peal of church bells. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and met us at the edge of the old town to take us and our luggage to the hotel itself. The breakfast was slightly limited and got a bit boring after six days - eggs cooked in a variety of ways, croissant, toast with jams on offer. Only Croatian black tea seemed to be available by way of tea, despite the room information saying they had a variety of different teas. We didn't try the restaurant. It looked very pretty and probably would have been nice as it had great views but hardly anyone seemed to be using it, and we didn't want to be the only people in there. We had a drink in the ground floor bar one night although the waitress tried to send us away saying they were closing soon - so we didn't feel very welcome to go back for another drink another time. Also it was very brightly lit so didn't feel very cosy. The rooms were beautiful - lots of art and generally interesting decor. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Again the tea bags in the room weren't replenished after the first day unfortunately. Our TV didn't have all the channels that it was meant to eg BBC. Rooms cleaned every day. The hotel had one of the only two lifts in the old town which was handy if you have a lot of luggage! Good wifi. The hotel was relatively expensive compared to what we normally pay but I feel it was fair given the location and facilities.

This is a very comfortable hotel located in the Old Town, only steps from the Pile Gate. It is very modern inside with updated bathrooms and air conditioning. Each room has been decorated by a different artist. It was very quiet even though it was only a block from the Stradun.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is close to everything. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Easy WiFi. You can hear the people on the streets in the evening and mornings. Breakfast is from 8-11. They will make a to go bag if needed.
