Myself and my husband visited this august. Upon arrival there is no clear sign from the street, luckily we chose the correct side steps to walk up. I must say there are ALOT of stairs. Do not go if you have very heavy luggage as it is extremely difficult to walk up and down the steps several times a day.
The young girl who greeted us was present enough however the room once inside was so hot. No air conditioner and very basic.
We both stayed as long as we could but to be honest it was just too hot in the room without air conditioning. Eventually we decided to leave. It was cooler outside the apartment but we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos and there are no nets on the Windows!
The room itself was very basic. Which we knew when we booked, this is manageable as there is a supermarket near and it is located opposite the bus station and some bars/restaurants. View would have been nice from the terrace big there was a big tree covering most of it.
Overall the lady did give us 2 of the 3 days money back as a refund however a cannot recommend. Aircon is just too essential in the hot summer months of DubrovnikMore
