Mirela and her team made us feel incredibly welcome as soon as we arrived at Dominus Little Palace. We stayed for three nights in Room 3 - there are only 5 rooms in this hotel, so the service is truly personal. We were given a thorough orientation to the town, with tips on places to eat, places to go, and places to buy provisions. Our room was very neat and tidy, and well arranged given the space constraints (it's small - but not uncomfortably so). We had enough room to tuck away our large suitcases (this was part of a longer trip, so we were not exactly traveling light), and the spacious closet gave us enough room to organize our things. There was a good sized safe as well as a small fridge where we could keep water and beer chilled (note - it is not a mini bar). The room had a water kettle with complimentary tea and instant coffee. The bathroom was large enough, with counter space for our bathroom kits and a walk-in shower with good water pressure. The room had an a/c unit that we used at night as the temps were on the warm side. Otherwise, we just kept the window opened and enjoyed the fresh air. One really nice thing about staying within the old city walls - the old city is small enough that it was easy to pop back to the room...Mirela and her team made us feel incredibly welcome as soon as we arrived at Dominus Little Palace. One really nice thing about staying within the old city walls - the old city is small enough that it was easy to pop back to the room at any time during the day to put things away, pick things up, or just take a bathroom break. Very convenient, with attractive decor and truly lovely staff.More
