What a great destination! You would think you in Rome when to see the amazing stone cutting and see the buildings. Our guide presented us with so much information that blew us away. Make sure you get a guide to tell you the details. This is a must stop when in Croatia. You have to see it to believe.

You'll learn so much more with a knowledgeable guide rather than wandering around wondering what everything is and/or was. Be sure to have lunch or dinner at Bepa! Enjoy!

Aplace where you can spend a wonderful day, full of history, photo-opportuniteis, musicians, shops, restaurants, lots of variation and a surprise round every corner,a bit of a labyrinth but we actually loved that,we were there in the pre season and that was very enjoyable, maybe it'll be crowded in the high season .

Some of the best preserved Roman ruins.Truly amazing they still exist. Our guide Made the the palace come alive again. And its all within the old city walls, with many shops and places to eat.

Amazing town to spend a few days in, fantastic architecture, great alleys to discover, shops, bars and restaurants.
Shame it took me 5 years to get here.
Definitely worth a visit and a return trip.
