When you look up Concierge in the dictionary you'll find a picture of Andres. He and his staff are the epitome of luxury service. We stayed at the Annex across from Simon Bolivar Plaza which is the perfect location in Casco Viejo. We stayed a week and the service got better everyday.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights in the two bedroom suite and it was fantastic. There is a small equipped kitchen with coffee and tea waiting for you. The level of service by the hotel is excellent. They arranged for an easy and safe airport pickup and always greeted us upon coming and going. A small issue with the hot water was resolved while we were visiting the Panama Canal. Everything was just wonderful and Andres, the hotel manager, is so lovely and helpful. One quick note is that it is an older building with no elevator so be aware you may have to climb some stairs. Plenty of cold AC at the top when you get there. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. It’s just top notch!

Room tip: No stairs so just a heads up. Easy to Uber around the city and it’s cheap.

We stayed here for three nights. Our room was at their second location (in Plaza Bolivar) that is an easy walk from their first location. The staff was great and brought our bags to this location.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was in fact a suite with a separate living room/kitchen area. The AC worked great. The staff stocked two fresh water bottles in our fridge each day of our stay. The staff was also helpful and made several recommendations as far as restaurants.

The location is easily within walking distance of any location within the Casco Viejo.

We found our stay at La Isabela's Bolivar Plaza location to be the best of both worlds - Hotel and private lodging. Compared to the American Trade Hotel (where we also stayed), we found La Isabella more intimate, more immersive, more spacious, and of equal quality. All you will miss is room service.
The suite was luxurious: modern finishes, tons of living space, well-appointed kitchen, huge shower, and a large private balcony directly overlooking the plaza, which was charming and vibrant all week without keeping us awake.
Service was top notch: daily cleaning service, in-person check-in/out, guided introduction to the area, up-to-date recommendations for local dining, 24-hour concierge assistance via Whatsapp, and Nespresso and bottled water refilled daily.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in an Executive Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Suite was a huge Duplex with high ceilings and tasteful decor and was exactly as portrayed on the hotel website . The location was right in the centre of the lively Casco Viejo and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. However, what sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the exceptional personal service provided. In particular, the Manager, Andres, went out of his way to ensure that we had a great stay. Andres made several phone calls on our behalf to locate a dentist for my husband and when we were checking out , waited with us until our car arrived to ensure that our driver knew the exact location of our destination address. This is an excellent hotel to which we hope to return
