This was our 4th time of staying in this hotel whilst visiting family in Belgrade. Each time our stay has been enhanced by the friendliness of all of the staff that we have encountered. Restaurant,room cleaners, reception personnel have all been polite, helpful and informative. I would especially mention from reception Marina Stanojevic for her delightful sense of humour. The rooms are of the highest standard, well equipped, beds are exceptionally comfortable. Parking in the underground car park is easy with a lift direct to reception, I would mention that it is the cleanest car park I have ever encountered. There are restaurants etc around the hotel and down by the riverside, only a short walk away. A ten minute taxi ride will take you to the Belgrade centre for countless bars and restaurants.
