This spot is great. Has great location. Great food and grocesseries but SERVICE and the mood and guard of the people working there- especially one guy- has unwelcoming glance and attitude.

Have eaten here lunch a number of times. Mostly good and fresh food - my favorites are the seitan kebab, and from the daily offer- seitan pašticada, and african stew. From time to time they have a miss, but it's mostly a hit.

Sadly, my recent visits haven't been great. Instead of being greeted warmly, the staff seemed unfriendly. When we entered for lunch today, they rudely told us without even looking at us or saying hello that they had no available seats. The service sector is entirely customer-oriented, and customer satisfaction is essential. However, unfortunately, it's very poor here, and they need to improve. Even if the food is good, their behavior completely affects your enjoyment of the time spent here in a negative way.

I hope sharing feedback will help them improve.

I usually order a lunch here when I do not have time for cooking. Everything what I've tried was so delicious! For us vegeterians this is really great place to visit.

I don't even know where to begin... I could never imagine one can screw up the falafel wrap so badly. I honestly don't know how. The "falafel" balls were so dry and awful that I almost choked to death. It was like trying to swallow a turd with spices. The dip and the veggies didn't help either. It was so bad that I ended up eating around the falafel balls, then eating around the veggies and dip and eventually the whole thing ended up in trash. And I never ever throw away food.

This was simply unbelievably bad. It left me in shock and wondering how a restaurant like this can survive more than 3 days. If you are such a bad cook, then please, please consider changing the profession.
