I read good reviews everywhere about this place and they absolutely did not disappoint. Their sisig is amazing! We chose the tuna sisig, and I loved every bite. Huge servings to boot.

We had two nights of great food at Hoy Panga. I particularly enjoyed the Kinilaw with pork belly. The tables out on the beach were great, and the bongo based entertainment was just right, with great customer interaction and engagement. The beer was cheap at happy hour too. So good we went back the following night. There was still a good atmosphere even when it was raining and we were stuck inside.

We stumbled across Hoy Panga on the first day of our trip & ended up eating here everyday after that. The menu is incredible & the food is so fresh & able to be accommodated to dietary requirements whilst still being cheap. The real highlight are the staff who went above & beyond every time we were there, even greeting us when we were just passing by. We would have long conversations with them everyday! The only downside was that we didn't get all of their names. Special shoutout to Joven who always had us smiling.

We saw a poster ad for the Kanin Baboy (crispy roast suckling pig with spicy long beans and bean paste), which was really good - so good we had 2 helpings! We also had the tuna collar (so good) and best of all, fried calamari in salt and pepper - divine. The juices (no sugar added) were great too.

Would recommend.
