We were lucky to catch a table for our party before the crowd rushed in. We ordered their chicken boards - quarters and halves depending on our appetites plus chicken skin for the ones whose arteries are still young. On your big board, you get rice, sweet potato chips and salsa. On your table you have 4 different sauces ranging from their signature piri-piri to curry to spicy. Mix your combination and you get a winning recipe for your chicken.
