Some samples of an incorrect service almost "ruined" our meal. I'll talk about the good things first. The food is really good: the falafels are tasty and I had one of the most delicious salads I've ever had, the Fattoush. And if you think you need a side dish, the "Lentil Rice" was really different and tasty.
The environment is really cool and they have a nice terrace with a view over the Escalators. You may have to wait some minutes to get a table, so try to go early.
About the incorrect service: First, when we sat at the table, a lady told us "I'll bring some water while you see the menu". Well, that water we didn't even ask for, was the famous Acqua Panna, sold in many restaurants in Hong Kong, that costs around 60/70HKD. The bottle came already open, so we thought we couldn't refuse it. They kept filling up our almost full glasses, trying to empty the bottle and to get us to buy another one. But we already knew the thing, and for the second bottle we asked for a bottle of tub water that we saw all the other tables around us were having - it was not good, but it's drinkable and does not cost a fortune.
Then, they insisted on the "special" appetizer of the night, which was some kind of expensive meat dish, and we kept saying we didn't want it.
Anyway, it's a good place with delicious food.
