We actually like it here. The atmosphere, the setting of the restaurant and especially the food. The dim sum looks so cute and photogenic but it actually tasted good! We especially love the truffles noodles and the signature buns! We made a booking via Chope and it's simple and efficient!

One thing we have to complain is the poor service. The staff are very unfriendly and have no service mind at all. They way they talk to you - one female staff actually raised her voice to us when we asked about the choices of water. It's funny they are all wearing T-shirts that says "HAPPY TO HELP" - just hilarious! They should really work on this and it will be a much better place.

Rubbish service, they ignore me 10mins outside the restaurant and I'm just trying to get the ticket to lineup. When I ask the receptionist, he treats me like I'm Harry Potter and putting on the Invisibility Cloak. Please don't come or you would like to try a worst experience of Hong Kong.

Enter the lift and come out on the 3rd floor! We arrived and was met by a long queue as it was very busy. Being British we politely went to the back.....big mistake! It took us 15 minutes to realise they were also calling names out to eat. We then found you can go inside and add your name to a list, they will then call your name and invite you to sit at a table. We were told we would have a wait of approximately 20 minutes, we re-joined the queue as the place was packed with locals as well as tourists, and was obviously popular. The queues went down and what chance to watch the Dim Sum being made via a viewing window. Within 20 minutes we were called and advised we had 90 minutes eating time.

The menu is on the table along with a pencil, and you simply tick the boxes next to the items you want. When completed you hold your menu up and it is collected.
Service is what I would liken to a busy café, it’s efficient but not silver service although everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our order ticket came with a time next to each item…the 90 minute clock had started! Unfortunately, the items were only in Chinese, not English, but a helpful man at the table next door helped confirm our order. 10 minutes later the food started to arrive, and then it just kept coming. We had a spicy chicken thing (I can’t remember the name) which was extremely tasty and delicious. I’ve added a few pictures of our meal.

It was a good experience, the food was good, service was prompt and we stayed for around 50 minutes but never once felt as though we were being timed or hurried along, although it was busy and every empty plate was cleared immediately. The bill came to about £40 for 2, and we were absolutely stuffed when we left! We came for the novelty value really, something different. Lots of things on the menu weren't available although there was still plenty to choose from. Taste wise it was nothing outstanding, although it was still good. Visually it was fun and certainly made us laugh.

they kicked me and my friend out after 20 minutes we ordered our food without reason and they never apologized. staff were extremely fast(they kept taking our dishes away even before we finished) except when they got us our change back. we ordered three dishes and we got out of there after 30 minutes we got in. food was not good, not terrible either. if you don’t want to be kicked out, i would recommend other dim sum places around.
