I've been to this restaurant a few times over the past 2 decades and it's reassuringly stable in everything it offers - including the 1990's autumnal decor.
They have a couple of vegetarian options - I had the Burrata and the Little Nicholini's - both very tasty. We finished with the cheese plate each, which was quite generous compared to similar hotels.
The wine list is significant. The service is slick. And the Maitre D' was excellent.
