Last week i tried vegetarian Food in Hong kong. This restaurant name Sangeetha is situated at popular tourist shopping area in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
You can metro to Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Exit P2.
When you come out of the exit just across the road you will see Wong on Plaza, (next to Shangri-La Hotel). Inside the plaza go up escalator and go straight and left at the end corner.
Their opening hours are 8.30am to 11pm.
Its decent sitting area and quickly someone will attend you to be seated!
It has south Indian specialty breakfast (Idly, dosa, mendu vada, upma, Uthapam,) and main course with vegetable curries to lentil curries, Chinese Indian mix fusion dishes too.
If you like to try a mixed variety of all then order Veg Thali.
Please finish the eating with a hot cup of south Indian Coffee or Mix masala Tea.
The prices varies from 40hkd to 100hkd.

This is a no frills restaurant - the type of place I love. I had a delicious North Indian thali swapping the tomato soup for a South Indian rasam. Good sized portion & absolutely delicious- all for around £10 including a bottle of mineral water!

By far the best South Indian food place in Hong Kong. The chefs produce such completely authentic food that you feel like you are sitting in a restaurant in Madras. Manager Venkat makes everyone feel like family. Very nice restaurant that is indispensable to life in Hong Kong.

Nothing like the fresh idlis and soft but cruncy wadas!! Comfort food at its best. Love the chutneys and the sambar is quite nice!

No question compares to south Indian restaurants back home! Very clean, efficient and the most amazing paper dosa and vada!!!
