You have to fall in line for an hour or more just to get a seat during peak hours (we fell in line at 6:30 PM on a weekday night and was able to get in past 7:30 PM). Get a number, pre-order your roasted goose portion, then wait until your number is called. There is a separate queue for those who want to purchase take-out meals. Their roasted goose does not have a gamey aftertaste and it’s really tender. It’s just a bit fatty like what other roasted geese tend to be. The drumstick part is especially great – we loved the crispy skin. Their BBQ pork is very flavorful, tender, soft and moist at the same time. Besides, it is not overly fatty. By default, they also serve you a side dish of green leafy vegetables. We also had some of their uncooked cured goose liver sausages to go. Next time, we would give this restaurant another try again, but during non-peak hours.
