Happy stay

Have an enjoyable stay. The design is fabulous and the staffs are so nice and heart-warming. The staff gave a hand written birthday card and a signature fragrance for indoor use to the birthday one. This was so surprising.

Splendid Customer Service

Got upgraded with the extra large room for my friend’s birthday celebration, very impressed with their costumer service and the vintage brass detailing in the room—nice and will have another stay for sure!
Highly recommended.

Impeccable staycation experience with the nice boutique hotel!

Enjoyable staycation experience at the stylish boutique hotel located at the heart of the city. Recommend to couples looking for places to celebrate for special occasions.

Room & service features:

- Cozy and relaxing atmosphere with the theme of ferry cabin.

- Featured photo taking spots in room & public areas.

- Well caring service from the friendly & energetic operation team. They keep interact with guests proactively when seeing you around.

- Apple TV equipped in room.

- Very quiet rooms

Restaurant features (Operated by the Black Sheep Catering Group):

- Relaxed vibe which fit for fine dining.

- Delicious lunch set menu with fresh seafood & Gelato.

- Very friendly manager with a team of multinational workforce.

- Team members are of abundant knowledge on food & wine being served.

- Appropriate for special occasions.

We will definitely come back again in the future & recommend to you too!

Impressed design and cleanness

I like the spacious bathrooms and toilet (just hope that the trash bin located next to the toilet will be more user friendly and larger in size). Good to have movable hangers, lots of lighting located in different corners. The qualities of shampoo, body wash and bedding products are good.

Wonderful week at The Fleming

Spent a wonderful week staying at The Fleming. The room is very spacious and the location is very convenient, with many cafes and local restaurants nearby. A lot of options for dining in or delivery. Also, thanks for the warm hospitality from the Guest Experience Team. Yolanda introduced the hotel to me and the team helped me a lot during the stay. Such a beautiful hotel and will definitely be back again.
