Excellent service from the housekeeping and front desk staff, surprise birthday decoration, hotel room with balcony and nice scenery and so we had an amazing experience. Great room, very good service and delicious food, everything is magical. Must return to the hotel, hopefully in the coming months:)

Had a splendid birthday weekend at Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland (which just reopens!)
We booked a room with Kingdom Club Access and the entire experience was just wholesome! The cocktail session and breakfast offered in the club fed us so well, not to mention the unlimited caramel popcorn they offered along with a wide range of Disney / Marvels movies you can borrow into your room for the night! Special thanks to James, Alex, Lun and the rest of their teams for making our stay so magical and unforgettable✨✨ Would recommend y’all to come in for a weekend getaway, or birthday and anniversary celebrations!

I was recommended this location by a friend, and I'm happy to extend the recommended to all of you. We stay at the hotel for 2 nights and booked a sea-view room w/ balcony. The room was clean, comfortable and the best views, just perfect for celebrate our wedding anniversary (see my pics show). The Staff are great, courteous and helpful. I tried the western(Walt's cafe), Chinese(Crystal Lotus) foods during my stayed even in room dining, the food are delicious and still in a decent heat (very important for take away). Within moments you're able to reach HK Disneyland Resort Pier where we spend sometime with a sunset walk, it's amazing. Hotel is suitable for ppl of all ages, families with children, couples or wedding occasions. ^^

I booked the Kindom Club Cinderella Suite and spend the weekday with my partner.
It is a great experience. As the park is closed due to Covid-19, we had spent all the time in the hotel. The Kingdom Club Launge offers meals and the environment for dining is great.
The staff were potile and helpful.
