For any hotel stay, I love to explain my entire journey in details since the beginning from reservation stage until I check out.
※Reservation~ The emails correspondences were prompt, to a point like we were whatsapp-ing. Information is precise ans the staff is well trained. I had a lot of requests for the room since I'm bringing my toodler who is allergic to dust, they have directed me to the personnel in Kingdom Club.
*Main entrance~ staffs don't give you much welcoming or smile, I guess they are too tired?
※Check in ~ Alex has given a smooth check in to explain the hotel facility, personally showed us to the room. He remembered all my requests (my picky cleaningness request) and patiently explained kids activity once again.
※Room~I'm not fancy to the decor but I can tell they spent a lot of efforts to maintain & touch up every part. I would give high compliment to keeping up the room condition, where Disneyland hotel is located by the sea which means it can easily get mouldy.
Kingdom Club ~ The team is genuinely helpful, kind and patience to kid. My shy boy is only willing to engage with Shirley and Bonnie who always show their smiles. The hygiene and social distancing abide by the COVID measures - that's rare to find in HK! Food offering here taste much better than Walf's cafe. They also allow club resident to order take away from other outlets to dine at this secret heaven.
The team I guess was leaded by a manager called Yen, she extended a warn farewell to conclude our journey.
My boy"s favoruite spot would be Funfair, I guess no one finds this hidden gem and we were like hiring a private conference room to play. (find out more from my pics!)
