“Quiet venue to kick-start the evening, friendly staff & decently priced Happy Hours”

The 4 of us came in before 1900, we went indoors due to the cool weather. The place was empty. We were welcomed by friendly staff. We ordered drinks and finger food (wings, satay, fries, strips, and the like). The food was passable for happy hours and served in larger-than-normal portions for Hong Kong, and it was reasonably priced. The seating of high stools isn't meant for the patrons to stay for a long while. By the time we left for dinner, more people arrived. This Bar doesn't outperform or beat the competition on the Knutsford Terrace, but it was nice to start our evening in a quiet ambiance.

Great place for overpriced drinks, sub standard food and observing HongKongs would be hipsters smoking Turkish pipes, drinking wine, trimming Cuban cigars and eating nachos, pizza & loaded fries.

It’s a vibey little strip and is definitely worth look if you want to have a night off from more traditional Asian fare.. but you will pay for it.
We spent $90 Au on a dreadful pizza (more like cheese on toast.. but we got our value from the laughter about what a stupid decision we had made) salad and a drink.. three times what we were paying for great meals else where.

Well I say expats - it could easily be western tourists. Basically this is a row of western food places catering for those not brave enough to eat local.

At least it meets the first rule of eating in HK "never eat at street level".

No complaints about the food.

Our hotel was just around the corner from here, plus our friends had recommended this area for a good choice of restaurants. There is a good selection of cuisines and bars, most offer happy hour for drinks. Not the cheapest place to eat or drink, but worth having a look to see if you like what they offer

Well if you are over on Kowloon side of town in HK, then the answer is Knutsford Terrace. We found it by accident in a way but were glad that we did. We stopped in one bar for drinks and then tottered off to one of the many restaurants there.
Lively place, lots of choices to eat and/or drink
Very popular and very busy and quite pricey(even in happy hour we found)
