The 4 of us came in before 1900, we went indoors due to the cool weather. The place was empty. We were welcomed by friendly staff. We ordered drinks and finger food (wings, satay, fries, strips, and the like). The food was passable for happy hours and served in larger-than-normal portions for Hong Kong, and it was reasonably priced. The seating of high stools isn't meant for the patrons to stay for a long while. By the time we left for dinner, more people arrived. This Bar doesn't outperform or beat the competition on the Knutsford Terrace, but it was nice to start our evening in a quiet ambiance.
