Every time I come HK, I must stay at TLM. As usual, Gordon & Cary take care of me every time when I step in; Jimmy knows what I need and arranges my nice room. But this time I want to thank the honestly room attendant who found my valuable items which I left behind on the desk; she never touched them and informed the managements about the situation, then they called me at once. I feel safe to stay here and appreciated the staffs’ Integrity.

Luxe Manor is a fantastic choice for those who love food and shopping – the options nearby are endless! There’s a 7-11 just 2 minutes away, and a Wellcome supermarket about 5 minutes’ walk. Nathan Road is also about 5 mins walk. Despite being on the busy Kimberly Road, I was pleasantly surprised that traffic noise was barely noticeable, even with my room facing the street.
The reception staff provided good service, making check-in and assistance smooth and hassle-free. Breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag – you can choose à la carte, but the menu options and buffet selection are quite limited. The service during breakfast felt a bit cold, which was disappointing.
Transportation is a breeze – Uber never took more than 5 minutes to arrive, often even quicker. The rooms are a bit on the tacky side, which may not suit everyone’s taste, but they were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was super powerful (as is typical in Hong Kong hotels!), though the water pressure in the shower could use a bit of improvement. Rooms a bit on the smaller side - it was good for 1, but might be a bit tight if I had a companion.
All in all, Luxe Manor provided a wonderful stay, especially for its unbeatable location and convenience. Would recommend it for travelers prioritizing access to the city’s vibrant food and shopping scenes if you need to be in the Kowloon side.

We stayed here for 4 nights in November 2024 and had items stolen from our locked room on the morning of our departure.
The theft occurred after we had removed our valuables from our safe ,30 minutes before checkout,and left our bags in the locked room whilst having breakfast.
As soon as we were aware of the stolen items we informed the hotel but the response was very superficial and they cited their obligation to protect other guests anonymity as the reason for not answering questions about unauthorised entry to our room whilst we were at breakfast.
We would encourage anyone considering staying here to seriously consider the poor security at this hotel and the risk to their valuables even when securely locked away in their room.

We also conducted a thorough investigation immediately once received your messages after your departure as well as CCTV footage was reviewed for your whole staying period but no irregularity was found.

Haven’t been back to Hong Kong since the 2022 and our usual hotel at Hong Kong Island however it’s close, so we tried The Luxe Manor this time. Love our stay. Price was quite reasonable with the early bird offer and we are happy that they let us check in early since we are landed in the early morning (we arrived at the hotel at 7am). Special thanks to Agnes and Chris, they offer me the room right after the check in.
Hotel Location was pretty great. Short walk to the Harbour City with a huge shopping centre and the Star Ferry which is so convenient if you want to go to the Hong Kong Island side. The Tsim Sha Tsui station is a bit of a walk from hotel too.
Room - The room was kept very clean and neat. Big thanks and praise to the housekeeping teams which made our stay extremely pleasant. The bed was very comfy and we had a good sleep too.
All employees from the reception desk, concierge, and housekeeping were truly amazing, polite, well trained with professional customer service in mind.
The Luxe Manor had made our stay truly impress and yours will be too! We highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We visited Hong Kong for 5 days trip. The reception staff was very professional, handling all our requests promptly.The hotel's location is extremely fantastic; lot of restaurants is just across the road and reachable within a minute's walk.
The hotel staff impressed us with their helpfulness and sincerity, always ready to help us. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff ensured a pleasant dining experience.
We feel very appreciate that and we will come back again nice recommend to stay here.
