Theft of valuables from locked hotel room and inability of hotel to answer basic questions on security.

We stayed here for 4 nights in November 2024 and had items stolen from our locked room on the morning of our departure.
The theft occurred after we had removed our valuables from our safe ,30 minutes before checkout,and left our bags in the locked room whilst having breakfast.
As soon as we were aware of the stolen items we informed the hotel but the response was very superficial and they cited their obligation to protect other guests anonymity as the reason for not answering questions about unauthorised entry to our room whilst we were at breakfast.
We would encourage anyone considering staying here to seriously consider the poor security at this hotel and the risk to their valuables even when securely locked away in their room.

Room tip: Think very carefully about leaving any valuable items in your hotel room at the Luxe Manor even for a matter of minutes.

We are terribly sorry to learn that the unfortunate lost and found incident after departure. Hotel has the details lost and found procedures and property left behind in the room is always brought down to the lost and found section when rooms are serviced.
We also conducted a thorough investigation immediately once received your messages after your departure as well as CCTV footage was reviewed for your whole staying period but no irregularity was found.
We will continue following this case closely and please kindly let us know if anything we would further assist.

Once again, apologized for any inconvenience caused and we regret that you left our Hotel less satisfied. We greatly appreciate your kind patronage. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

Excellent stay

Haven’t been back to Hong Kong since the 2022 and our usual hotel at Hong Kong Island however it’s close, so we tried The Luxe Manor this time. Love our stay. Price was quite reasonable with the early bird offer and we are happy that they let us check in early since we are landed in the early morning (we arrived at the hotel at 7am). Special thanks to Agnes and Chris, they offer me the room right after the check in.

Hotel Location was pretty great. Short walk to the Harbour City with a huge shopping centre and the Star Ferry which is so convenient if you want to go to the Hong Kong Island side. The Tsim Sha Tsui station is a bit of a walk from hotel too.

Room - The room was kept very clean and neat. Big thanks and praise to the housekeeping teams which made our stay extremely pleasant. The bed was very comfy and we had a good sleep too.
All employees from the reception desk, concierge, and housekeeping were truly amazing, polite, well trained with professional customer service in mind.

The Luxe Manor had made our stay truly impress and yours will be too! We highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Lovely hotel

We visited Hong Kong for 5 days trip. The reception staff was very professional, handling all our requests promptly.The hotel's location is extremely fantastic; lot of restaurants is just across the road and reachable within a minute's walk.

The hotel staff impressed us with their helpfulness and sincerity, always ready to help us. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff ensured a pleasant dining experience.

We feel very appreciate that and we will come back again nice recommend to stay here.

Room tip: Book Deluxe room

Great boutique hotel in TST

I had a great stay at the hotel. For HK standard, room is good size. Great location with plenty of restaurants around and only a short walk to MTR and Airport Bus. I especially like the drinking water station on each floor. Staff were friendly especially Chris, she was very attentive and helpful. I will stay there again in the future.

Excellent service

Excellent service

My first trip in Hong Kong and I booked 2 hotel, this is my first stop - The Luxe Manor Hotel. From the moment we arrived, Front desk staff made our check in smooth, they were friendly, prompt and accommodating staff. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay feeling very comfortable. We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they arrange a lovely cake for us. Very memorable stay.
1) The rooms were nicely designed, and spacious and the butler's services were excellent. Cleaning lady was trying to make sure everything was as smooth as possible.
2) Buffet breakfast was nice, however its was lack of choice as the buffet area was look a bit small.
3) Overall Service was excellent and made us home away from home.

We were looking forward to come back again.
