I wanted to relax one night. All staff were welcoming and helpful. First time staying at this hotel as it had a good deal for promotion. It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable room, spacious and clean. Restaurant is serving excellent Scandinavian food and you will get 30% discount on whole bill. I ordered the Beef Tenderloin and one of the signature dessert Daim Parfait. Food was delicious. Hotel is located in the center of TST, close to MTR. I will definitely come and stay again.

A great stay and friendly staff

When you walk into the front doors of The Luxe Manor we were completely mesmerised by the decor of the hotel lobby. It's a really unique and completely different hotel that you would expect in a boutique hotel. We were greeted by the friendly staff from the concierge team, special mention to Cary. Not only she was able to provide a very informative directions but was able to direct us to the hot spot of the eatery places. The room was clean and spacious for two people in a room. We really enjoyed our stay and Cary from the concierge made our stay even memorable.

Staff and concierge team are polite, also very helpful. Especially the bed is so comfortable. Overall 10/10

This is my second trip to Hong Kong. Staff super friendly , Great location and clean rooms!!
the things that makes this such a good place to stay are the concierge team was very helpful especially the Chief Concierge Tony. I give this hotel comment is awesome and I would definitely stay again if I have chance to come back to Hong Kong.

Anniversary

This is my first stay in The Luxe Manor. Room is clean and comfortable. All staff are great and helpful.
Excellent Staycation with wonderful breakfast & lunch. My dessert had the wordings with “Happy Anniversary” , whiches made our day a memorable one. Good location and convenient. Will recommend The Luxe Manor to my friends and definitely come back !

The Luxe Manor

Convenience place inTST . Just come in the hotel feel friendly n warm ! In reception manager MrJoe ma have present he professional service to us ! We feel great at that moment ! And he up upgrading our room state into Higher Classes ! At dinner time ,their Touch staff have professional service to us ! Restaurant meal are great , In here environment is perfect, and also have different kind of dishes for us to choose. The food is delicious.
The room is comfortable and clean, The room service is smart and fast ! The room decoration is warm ,the hotel decoration is classic!
Over all, I give this hotel comment is perfect and we would stay again.
