Convenience place inTST . Just come in the hotel feel friendly n warm ! In reception manager MrJoe ma have present he professional service to us ! We feel great at that moment ! And he up upgrading our room state into Higher Classes ! At dinner time ,their Touch staff have professional service to us ! Restaurant meal are great , In here environment is perfect, and also have different kind of dishes for us to choose. The food is delicious.
The room is comfortable and clean, The room service is smart and fast ! The room decoration is warm ,the hotel decoration is classic!
Over all, I give this hotel comment is perfect and we would stay again.

The TOUCH programme privileges include complimentary daily breakfast, complimentary mini -bar, “All you can eat” refreshment menu and E-TOUCH ambassador. Etc. Excellent staycation

Good serive
Snacks is deliciousthis is not my first time stay in the luxe manor. as a long term guest with them the luxe manor always provided a good customer service that not disappointed to me. staff was nice especial manager kenneth. i booked a package this time with snack platter. he well explained the package included item and warm welcome me by my name. room was nice with bathtub. kenneth help to organized the sending time for the food with no delayed. food was very good especially the burger was tasted juicy. room was clean. UCL was included in the tv channel. this is great for a football fan. our package was also included the late check out till 6 pm. the luxe manor was definite the best choice for my staycation.

Peace and comfort in the heart of Hongkopolis

Really enjoyed my stay here in a room bigger than my entire old apartment. Huge bed and really nice TLM branded toiletries. The English breakfast with a Scandinavian twist was the perfect start to a day sightseeing in nearby Tsim Sha Tsui, then afternoon reading a book under the cool shade of banyan trees in Kowloon Park. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Leisure trip

Good service, and location in city centre, tourist area. Very nice boutique hotel with surreal design., Seems illusion in the floor corridor, the lobby with great design and surreal decoration too. The staff are nice and helpful, patient to show me the way in my business trip. Price is reasonable.

A wonderful quarantine experience

During COVID I took my courage and came back to Hongkong from the States for the Chinese New Year.

I thought I would go crazy during my 21 day quarantine but it turned out that everything was perfect and I didn’t want to leave the hotel.

The hotel staff were doing their job to keep me safe and comfortable. Whenever I needed any supplies or ordered takeouts, they would entertain my request immediately. I must thank them for that.

As for the room, it was actually bigger than I saw from the photos. My room has a queen size bed, a cabinet, a work desk. Two night tables; after I spreader out my two large suitcases, I still had room to workout (exercises on yoga mats) without hitting anything. There are also plenty of shelf spaces for me to put my everyday necessities like skincare, books and photo frames. I felt like I was moving to a small apartment!

The bed is comfortable, not so hard and not so soft, just perfect for me. The bathroom is awesome! I like the fact that it is very simple but there is enough storage space (great news for someone who has to stay there for 21 days). The shower is AWESOME! The water gets heated very fast and the pressure is just perfect. Since there wouldn’t be any room services for people who are being quarantined, it is very important not to spill water everywhere. The design of the shower area is so good that I never experienced any trouble cleaning after myself. I am grateful that the hotel is doing her best to keep guests feel like home.

Last but not least, the food. The HK government requires all quarantine hotels to provide three meals a day. The hotel serves delicious western style meals. As a Chinese, I occasionally ordered Chinese food takeouts from Deliveroo and Foodpanda (too much western style food already in the states). A small tip for the Chinese guests; if you plan to order Chinese food from the food delivery apps, tell the hotel to serve soup and salad instead of canceling that meal, so that you can still eat enough veggies for the day.

The hotel is close to everything and has a lot of nice restaurants around, I’m going to eat my lunch there right after the checkout.

I highly recommend this hotel for regular stays or quarantining.
