In his TV show "The 48hr Layover"the chef Anthony Bourdain came to, and recommended Lamcombe Seafood Restaurant (47 Main Road, Yung Shue Wan). The owner of the building has since decided to renovate and open a steakhouse, so the owners have now opened Andy's Seafood Restaurant (43 Main Road, Yung Shue Wan).
The food is as good as described on the show and the service is very good. Do choose your fresh fish and ask the price as you do. We had salt and pepper squid - delicious; huge scallops with vermicelli and garlic; razor clams in blackbean sauce and a very lightly steamed schnapper with ginger and spring onion. All were excellent, highly recommended.
