Cheap hotel, but for the price for a 14 day quarantine, it's a great value. Clean rooms (despite slightly small), food provided with option to order delivery. Staff is prompt in delivering items and notifying you about any tests that need to be done. Room is small, but large enough to get exercise and live comfortably. There is no desk, which is not ideal.

I spent my quarantine in Ramada harbour view, in Say In Pun. After requesting a double bed, they gave me 2 singles (I was alone!). No table or a chair or a cabinet.. After the second meal delivered, I have asked the staff not to send me food anymore, but just some ice everyday, as the portable microscopic fridge fits only 3 small bottles of water and I took some food from home before taking off to HK (ready for the worst). Every day have to remind them of, ice: not a single time they remember of me… no advise for covid test, no stool outside my door, smell of cigarettes in the room, telephone operator seemed to be forced to answer the phone, no professionalism at all, room dusty and hair around.
Only thing meeting expectations: view
Highly non recommended.

I was aware of the bad reviews for this hotel but as the Gov rules changes so many times and so suddenly, I was left with no option other than to book here.

It’s a shame that it is SO bad because it doesn’t need to be. With better management it could scrape an “ok” especially with the cheap price.

Main complaints: (and I’ve seen these time and time again)

1. The carpet is dirty and covered in hair.
2. The Wifi is patchy
3. There is no chair to work in, so people are expected to work during a 21-day quarantine sitting on a bed!
4. The aircon temperature cannot be changed and so it blows at 1 degree cooler than the outside temperature (literally)
5. The hotel food is inedible and looks like it has been slopped into a plastic tub, Holloway style.
6. It takes 30-90 minutes for them to bring any delivered hot food up, so the food is stone cold once it arrives.

Without doubt, point 5 is the killer. I phoned down 7 times whilst waiting for my curry and was told “we are busy disinfecting as it is Gov rules,” as if this is the way all hotels are run. Why would you disinfect a place when dinner is being served? Why not at night? When I messaged friends, who were also staying, they were also furious having waited until 9pm to get food they ordered before 7.

It’s a cheap hotel and I appreciate it’s complex times, but this place can’t even get the basics right. The other reviews online are a testament to how badly the management is failing in this hotel.

Avoid if you can.

It's cheap.

Food tastes funny and give stomachache.
Bed is hard, there is no seat, no desk, no space for anything else than sleep.

AC barely works, makes heavy buzzing noise to painfully keep the room at an unchangable 25 Celsius.

Service inexistent, not even sure if people work in this place, could be an AI-managed hotel would be same.

I can't believe this is 4 stars on TA, this place is opposite of hospitality and deserve to be shut down asap.

I booked this hotel becos it is one of the only few lower price range hotels that is in bookings.com that allow free cancellation up to 2 weeks b4 staying. N becos of this, i have regretted it every day. Dont waste ur money to stay here. Pay another 500hkd you will have other better hotels to stay.

1) Food - Terrible, horrible. If you want to slim down, this is the perfect place cos their food will let you absolutely lose your appetite. The food is cold and taste horrible. They mentioned it is provided by the caterer. They are inconsistent in alerting you when the food has arrived. Sometimes they phone you sometimes they dont. Food is terrible tasting. No variety. Every 3 days on repeat. Service is bad. They still put food that has all the soup spilled out of the container outside your door expecting you to eat it. When you alert them, they put a new one next to it and the one that is spilled is still outside your door. You will end up spend more ordering food delivery.

2) Room is miniature. Not even enuf room for me to do simple standing abs exercise w/o having to knock over some stuff. Dont even have a proper table and chair. I am sitting on my bed to eat n work everyday. No cupboard to hand clothes. 2 pathetic hooks on wall. Pls bring your own string to tie ard and make your own hanging space. Toilet is super super small. I wonder how are the men going to be able to fit into the toilet bowl area without touching the dirty walls.

3) TV - Channels are horrible. Now my tvn channel is suddenly on mute for 2 days le and nothing can be done about it.

4) Aircon - Temperature cannot be adjusted. I called the reception and was told even if i adjust it, it would change much. Only 1 or 2 degrees difference from the pre-set 24 degree.

5) Cleanliness - Mold on shower curtain. Stain on headrest (nd to use wetwipes to wipe it several times but there is still yellowish stain on it). Ants are everywhere. From floor to sink and even on bed and you have no idea where they come from.

Overall, i agree with the comments given by the rest. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! After so many negative comments from the rest of the travellers and there is absolutely no improvement, it goes to show that the management here do not care. So dont ill-treat yourself. DONT STAY HERE!

Room tip: Choose room 2. At least it faces a bit of the habour view.

I am under quarantine for 21 days. The first night I arrive I killed a cockroach. The I find the floor to be full of hairs, even in the bed. The walls have everywhere marks of liquid or food.
Bad smell of course
