check in atstanford hotel but the check in time is 3.pm i was there inthe morning after walking around in the area i sit on the lobby feeling tired mr simon lo of stanford customerservic approach me amd told me after the clener clean the room he can let me check in my room earlier for me to rest after a long fligh from vancouver canada and he personalybring my luggages with me toshow my room around 11.30 am and give me alots of info where to go shopping and eat and he realized i have a lots of luggages for four person two room after we check out going to airport he arrange a large taxi who can accomodate four persons with a lots of big luggages instead of taking two taxi cab that will save us 300 plus mr simon lo deserved a tap from the sholder from the management of stanford hotel for his go customer service i definitely will be back at this immaculate and spotless clean hotel and will stronly recomend to all my friends and associates to patronized stanford hotel when there they come to hong kong and look for mr simon lo for his excellent customer service i givr mr simon 10 points for his care and customer service
