Regarding your feedback on breakfast, we sincerely apologize for not clearly indicating the presence of pork in the macaroni, which is of great importance of accommodating dietary restrictions and any religious concern. As soon as we received your comment that morning, our Duty Manager promptly addressed the issue to the Management & Restaurant team for attention. Please be advised that consequent action has been taken to revise the tent card to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
Furthermore, we apologize that some areas of your room were overlooked. These do not reflect our usual standards. Our Housekeeping team will endeavour to ensure procedures are being thoroughly followed going forward.
