Very nice Hotel

We had a comfortable stay inthis hotel though it is very far to downtown proper but they have shuttle will bring you there. On our Next stay we will bring our kids already because it's a child friendly and even for PWD guests.

Facilities perfect for families. rigid and poor staff attitude at restaurant.

Think twice if service concerns you. No one would smile at you. Fine if you just want to have a place to chill out with your family, esp if you have young kids. There is a sand area where kids can play. The pool has life vests so you don't need to bring one. There is a playroom which is not small in HK standard, and the price is reasonable.

Excellent!! Will be back

Stayed at the Gold Coast 22/09/19 for 1 night, the manager Elaine checked us in, she was very kind & helpful and noticed that we were staying for our daughters 2nd Birthday & also my birthday earlier in the month, we received an upgrade to a themed room, it was amazing and made the stay so magical for our daughter! THANKYOU!
Swimming pool, splash Zone & shark soft play were great for the children & the food in the hotel is excellent!

We will definitely be back, what a fantastic hotel & staff!

Great experience for kids

Staying there for one night with my kids. Our room is deluxe seaview room with very nice view. The pool area , indoor kids zone and garden area are very suitable for kids.
My kids loved these area and play more than 2hours.
Cafe has just finished the renovation and the buffet food is amazing.
Staffs in front desk, cafe, kids area are nice and friendly.

Will take my kids to stay here again in the future.

Ok experience

Ok experience, nothing good or bad about it. Facilities related to kids (play area, water park) could have remained open for a longer period. Also, 12 PM check out after 3 PM check-in is a pain. Directions to internal facilities need to be displayed better and more prominently
