Firstly, we did appreciated for the front desk staff Mr Duncan to arrange a lovely room to us on 21/F with early check-in due to carrying a little baby. Moreover, Duncan was really helpful and followed up on the room cleaning by a sweetie call. Honestly appreciated on what Cordis has this gorgeous staff!!
Unfortunately, a small construction outside our room to make us inconvenience. After contacted, hotel staff re-scheduled our room to upper floor with an upgrade. Glad to hear from the hotel staff on the hurry rearrangement. We did spend a lovely night although little mess on yesterday.
However, you know, but I do know Cordis entitled a 5-stars hotel which is no doubt Codis is the best hotel in MongKok and Yau Mei Tei districts, even Prince Edward. In fact that, we are not surprised on the oily tea cups in the room. Um….. on the other issue is the fridge not cold, even cool enough to store my milk which is quite disappointing me. I thought maybe too much beverages inside so I took some out last night, but my dessert, baby purée and milk all are sweating what I discovered this morning. Speechless 😶.
This is the second time we stayed in Cordis in 2021, I can say at least last time we didn’t face the problems how close and directly affect us. 🙈🙈🙈
