I was disappointed prior to my booking given that no one was answering my inquiries using their email address. I was also surprised that they pre-authorized the whole amount I will be paying from my Debit card, 3 weeks before my check-in. This is the first I experienced it, even though they indicate in their website that payment will be in the hotel. The whole amount for 8-nights of stay was deducted early on, so it was huge.
I was surprised also that the amount did NOT include breakfast, I thought it was automatically included when booking online (I searched for this option in their website but there is NONE). Their air freshener per floor really smells like cigarette smoke.
I stayed there for 8 nights, but my room was cleaned only twice. Very BAD. Though I met their room cleaners/staff, she was very nice. But the fact they only cleaned it twice for 8 nights, it has something to do with their service and culture. Mr. Kenny Yip was very nice and cool, I hope to get in touch with him to show my appreciation when he helped me upon leaving the hotel after check out.
