It's a good hotel with convenient transport. There were many foods near hotel. Highly recommend to stay when you consider another hotel. Also, the customer service in the hotel is out of expectation. The breakfast of the hotel was good and many choices.

The design of the whole building complex is amazing and I quite like it. However as I was new to come and I can hardly find the right place to check in.. There is quite confusing as the design of the places are quite coherent and rarely find any instruction.. I spend time to walk up and down to check in. But indeed I think overall the hotel is quite good.

The breakfast buffet and the bar was amazing. Love that the hotel has a social mission on environmental protection and LGBT rights, so that you know your money goes to the right merchant.
The Chinese restaurant offers very great Dim Sum and traditional Chinese dishes.
The only downside is that rooms are relatively small, but rooms size is compensated by the hotels overall character and its hints of old Hong Kong.

I stayed here for wedding. The service was excellent that Eaton provided me with the stuff I need, like steam iron, utensils for wedding, etc. The staff were so helpful too, they helped us promptly when we needed.

I think the efficiency of staff should be improved. I called the reception for welcoming drink, and the drinks delivered to my room after an hour. I guess the staff forgot my order. However, I still appreciate their effort and professionalism. I suggest the hotel arrange more manpower on serving room service.
