We booked the hotel after reading several good reviews about the hotel.
Firstly i must compliment the front office staffs. The queue will long when i check in & some of the guest get impatient however all the service officers will really patient & smiling when they will serving the guest even one China tourist raise her voice at them.
Personally i felt the lobby will really too small for a crowded hotel. The space to move around will really limited especially when we have to carry our luggages with us during check out.
Next is the room size. The size is smaller than expected.
The location of the hotel is something i would consider great as the price i pay is lesser than the two other hotels next to Eaton.Right opposite the hotel along the road side has a Chinese Restaurant (Tsui Wah) has really great Chinese food & western food. They have set meal that cost between S$10-S$15 and they taste really delicious.I ate there almost everyday.Overall the hotel is near the Train station & many small shops. The only big department store is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel is called Wing On.If you wish to shop for fashion & branded goods there isn't any near this area. Mostly are the small boutique and all the eatery.
Overall this hotel is value for money for it ideal location & service.More
