The true great escape and refuge

After being in lockdown in Shanghai for 50 days, it was very nice to be able to come to Hong Kong where life is a lot "normal". The staff at the hotel made my temporary refuge so much more enjoyable. From the moment I've checked in to the day I've departed, I felt they genuinely care about my stay and extremely helpful. There was a sushi restaurant that I would like to revisit in HK which I have not been for years. Concierge Marshall and Kenneth made calls after calls to the restaurant to ensure I get the counter seats by the chef. They've also made sure I have all of the information I need to make my journey back to Macau smoothly. This is probably one of the best hotel service experience I've ever had. Thank you guys!

: A Great Escape

One of the best hotel in HK that I have ever stayed. Me and my friend was so impressed by the spectacular sea view from the room. Very warm service and greeting from Assistance Manager Jet Wong. He is helpful and attentive to served us arrange a nice room. The room is beautiful and tidy. Bed is soft and suitable for us.

We really enjoy our stay and recommend the hotel can upgrade the smart TV. So we can watch the Netflix in the room.

It’s a Happy 😃 Stay for the 3rd time

Good service, good manner, good environment in lobby, Residence Club Lounge and Residence Harbour View room Staffs are nice, helpful and flexible. Thx for changing our room per requested view ‍♀️
Residence Club Lounge - warm and home feel interior design, panorama harbour view and comfortable environment is good as always
Under the bad economy F&B in Residence Club lounge is not good as our last two stay. We wish it can be back to normal with more variety of food and better grade of house wine

Room tip: The rate of hotel is between low-mid range. Residence Club Lounge is especially good to have a drink and chat with friends.

Loverly staycation experience

It’s a great experience with my friends for this visit. All staff is extremely professional and excellent service provided by Jet Wong, Edmund Tso and Zoe Chan from front office . They assisted me a speedy check in and escorted me to room. Moreover I would like to use another payment to settle instead and they immediately agree to take action to follow my instructions . I’m very appreciated to them.
Besides the rooms is spacious, comfortable and clean.

We absolutely come back again and recommend this hotel for my friends as well.

Excellent experience! Truly recommend

It was an excellent staycation experience in the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice, they helped me a lot. Especially Katherine and Sheryl, they helped me to prepare a birthday surprise for my girlfriend. I really thank you for them.
