Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice friendly staff. Not wheelchair friendly, nor stroller with children friendly. There is a wheelchair ramp, but it is dangerous with no side rails and very steep. They do have a portable ramp for use at the park side entrance, but you have to request it each time that you need it. Overall, not the safest place for disabled, stroller users and the very elderly. Very sad that management has not taken corrective action.

We stayed at the Regal Kowloon Hotel in TST with my entire family. We are a group of six and had the most amazing stay because of the staff and the hotel itself!
We got the family suite and we are very comfortable. The room is very spacious and my 3 kids can even play around in the living room area. During our rest time from going around Hong Kong, the kids could play and watch TV in the living room without disturbing me since it had a little office space inside the bedroom. We had one king-size bed and the staff arranged the sofa bed. Both were very comfortable.
The room is cleaned every day. Fresh towels are supplied and there is free filtered water! Free water is very important cause water in Hong Kong is very expensive LOL! The breakfast buffet was also amazing! Always good food before we start our day in Hong Kong.
Lastly, the staff were the kindest, most polite, and most patient people ever. They will accommodate you like you are a very special guest. They are always ready to answer your questions and make sure that you are having the best stay.
Regal Kowloon Hotel is in the heart of TST, very accessible to the MTR - just 5-minute walk as well as to the bus stops. Victoria Harbour with all the other tourist spots is just all walking distance!
It is surrounded by 5-star hotels but this hotel is a hidden treasure. It's like staying in a very expensive hotel but with a lot of savings!

Regal kowloon has been one of my favorite hotel stays.
The location is top notch, you can walk to the avenue of stars, k11 musea and even the star ferry. The hotel is also near a mrt entrance and multiple bus stops- even the bus stop with buses going to hong kong island.
The view is more than impressive. We woke up with the glimmering waters of victoria harbour seen from our window.
The room itself is also top notch the bed was big and very comfy with fluffy pillows, a small sofa and a lounge area on the window sill (this was my favorite area).
Hotel breakfast was also good, it was a buffet with tasty dishes might want to check it out if you don’t want to leave the hotel early to look for food. Cuisine was more indian with a bit of dimsum - delicious.
Above everything, the hospitality of sir Dennis Dulay was really what made this stay/ the whole trip great. He was always ready to answer any questions and solve any concerns.

My friend and I stayed in Regal Kowloon Hotel for 4 days… and it was best hotel experience one could get in Hong Kong. Its location is superb— very close to famous tourist spots such as Avenue of Stars, Victoria Harbour, Harbour City, etc. Several restaurants that would satisfy all types of cravings are also near the hotel.
The hospitality and the friendliness of the staff is enough reason for you to choose this hotel. Sir Dennis Dulay welcomed us and treated us in the best way. He is very friendly and was always ready to assist us in our inquiries. He imparted world class hospitality and we applaud him for it. Everyone in the hotel are very welcoming.
We are so lucky that we stayed in Regal Kowloon. We will definitely come back! We will tell our friends in the Philippines how memorable this trip was in Hong Kong, and this was because of Sir Dennis and our stay in Regal Kowloon Hotel!
