It’s always feeling warm and comfortable when I return. All the staff are amazing and professional which made me feel so warm. The room is spacious with a beautiful harbour view. The in-room dining breakfast also never goes wrong when you wake up in the morning. Thank you Front Desk Team Vicki Chan & Stella Chan who take good care of us and we really appreciated your excellent hospitality. Definitely will come back very soon!

We arrived before the check-in time but we were pleasantly surprised that not only our room was ready but we also received an upgrade to the harbour view room. Overall it has been a very pleasant stay and the experience throughout has been excellent. Every aspects of the staycation, including room, f&b and services have been exceptional.

My husband and I stayed at the MO and celebrated our wedding anniversary on New Year’s Eve. It was totally an incredible stay. The staffs who helped us check-in were super nice. The room was comfy and spotless. We had buffet dinner on the second floor at night, there weren’t many choices but the quality was good. In the middle of the buffet, one staff came and asked what was our plan for the count down later, we said we were going to stay in the room. He then suggested us to go to the bar on the twenty-fifth floor which can see the harbour view. We were very pleased with his suggestion.

Travelled to HK in June of 2019 and stayed at Mandarin for four nights. This was my first time in Asia and was more than impressed by the service and attention provided. Food at buffet for breakfast and dinner was excellent (and although expensive).
