First of all, the hotel is located in very accessible spot at Tsim Sha Tsui. You can get to a station and a souvenir shop, a night market and Attractions easily. Especially you can get in a 5 to 10 min by walk a perry station that go to Hong Kong Island.
Room was a cozy and clean, staffs were so kindly, and I would like to say thanks again above all, Mr. Yuen who has helped me to make a reservation for the memorable dinner. At that time I just could use my cellular data only, however the restaurant should have been reserved via phone so I asked to him and he was willing to proceed it on behalf of me. Me and my friend could have dinner with the special night view thanks to he, and it to be a part of the wonderful memory in Hong Kong travel. If I trip to Hong Kong once again, I probably stay here again.

Where do I start. From the porter service we had to unload our own baggage from the taxi on arrival and put it onto a hotel trolley. They did eventually find a porter who just left the bags at the entrance of the room.
The bed is very hard and the linen scratchy the room allocated was noisy we could hear the sound of the lifts in addition to all the goings on in the corridor and it wasn't properly soundproofed. I'm sure there's a code standard for that. on checkout they attempted to charge us for the use of the drinking water in the room? there was no signage to say it was payable and is included in all Holiday inns that we've stayed at.
I'm surprised as this property is not upto the IHG Holiday Inn standards.

The receptionists in the arrival counter serves us well, acknowledging me as a IHG club member even though i cue on the standard lines. Also upgrading my room reservation that it was not yet available at the time. Tried to return hour earlier than scheduled check in time, receptionist at the counter given the allotted upgraded room keys.
