Easy to find place just a few meters walk from Exit A, MTR Prince Edward station. Arrived around 5PM on a Saturday. There was a short queue, staff handed us a queue number and menu with pen, so we can select our orders in advance, and thankfully we got a table in 15 mins. Ordered 6 dishes that were recommended by various reviewers here at TripAdvisor. Of the 6, the bbq pork bun was no longer available so settled for the " char siew bao" instead, which was actually quite tasty with the asado-type filling. The other 5, only liked 3, namely the pork siumai, steamed beef balls and fried sesame buns that was my fave of the bunch. The shrimp and vegetable dumpling was not akin to my taste buds, and so was the turnip cake. Service was good and its foreigner-friendly with an English menu with pictures of the food. On payment, the cashier short changed me by 20HKD but kindly gave the missing change when I promptly reminded him.

Probably one of the best dim sum I ever had. We arrived right at peak hour during lunch and it was a long 2-hour wait. Many gave up waiting and those who came later were ushered in sooner. Our perseverance paid off though. Each dish was exquisite and great. Final bill wasn’t exorbitant. The service was friendlier than most HK restaurants. Despite the long wait, we were definitely not disappointed.

This is hands down the best place to go for dim sum when you are visiting HK.
You can not book, and if you want to go for lunch, you must be prepared to queue! The restaurant itself is very small, and has probably about 50 seats.
The menu has a wide range of dim sum delicacies and is very fresh, served quickly and the eating environment is very authentic to a HK eatery.

TIP:
- Don't expect to have a spacious table.
- Toilets are not in the restaurant.
- Don't expect to go here for a long sitting - it's fast and fresh and typical of the HK dining experience, where you're not expected to linger.

We highly recommend this place. Try one of each until you get full! We struggled to find it since it’s behind a school. The easiest way to find it: facing the school go to your right and it’s tight next to it around the corner.

We came yo this place, based on many reviews we read, and it did not disappoint. Its a small, modest and very clean restaurant that you can tell they take great pride on their food. It’s a must if your are in Hong Kong.
