Notorious for its long queues and hasty service, we were delighted to be seated instantly (as it was off-peak at 3pm) and treated with pleasant service and awesome food.
The baked barbecued pork buns were oozing with juicy marinated pork, the steam vermicelli roll exploded with bursts of lovely coriander flavour, and the turnip cake with salted meat surprised us with generous chunks of turnip with every bite. The waterchestnut steamed cake dessert was new to us, but still a delight. Crisp waterchestnut pieces lay in every bite of the golden mildly sweet confection.
The 2 of us shared 5 items, and were very full at the end. For HK105, it seems great value.
