Suspect this is a franchise within a chain of restaurants as the format is quite formulaic no matter where in the world you might be. But as this is the most popular landmark and visitor site in Hong Kong, it was good to get away from the bigger places near the tram terminus and eat in relative peace, having been served good soups, noodles, spring rolls and drinks, swiftly and courteously. All enjoyed and no left-overs!
