The experience went like this, on the first day we were welcomed by the enthusiastic and approachable receptionists. They were very efficient and knowledgable and were happy to answer any questions we had at the beginning. They offered a free shuttle service, though my partner and I didn't use it during the time we were there. The room was clean though the table was yucky. The use of the ipad to control the room was smart but sometimes it would glitch out when changing the aircon temperature. The shampoo and gel smelt amazing, but the pumps for the bottled shampoo were not great... The room service lady were exceptionally kind and hardworking. The room that had the riverside view on the 15th floor was topnotch. The breakfast buffet though expensive, still left us satisfied with both the quality and flavour. I would highly recommend checking it out at least once. The alva shop gifting choices were centred towards artificial flowers that I wish there were more options. The gym was limited though very clean and unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for renovation. When we left the concierge was very helpful with our baggage. Overall the staff were very thoughtful and helped us through our departure. 9/10 would visit again.
