Attentive service and feel like home  

I have stayed a few times in this hotel. Room is clean and all staff is friendly and attentive. The check in process is efficient. This time I really appreciate Oscar Kwok for his wonderful service. Thank you for all the kind arrangement from him to make the stay memorable. He welcomed us with an attitude that makes us feel like home. Thank you also the concierge for taking care of our bags and taxi. We will definitely come back as always and hope to see the whole team again soon.

Great Stay!!

We have an enjoyable and memorable stay there for celebration.
Room was clean with great view.
Staff were friendly efficient and helpful in the hotel.
The check-in staff is very nice and professional.
Great thanks to the team and will come back soon.

合適狗主人的Staycation

老婆發辦決定去呢一間過Staycation。
揀呢一間最大賣點係可以同狗狗一齊嚟
，香港提供呢類型照顧毛孩服務的酒店唔多，而且個價錢一啲都唔會過分。好老實，如果我哋兩個去玩，但係隻狗狗要交俾其他狗酒店，個成本隨時貴過一個人住酒店。
假期好似長，但係我自己生意其實都唔係太行得開，都係唔好去咁遠。呢一間地點其實唔會離市區好遠，就腳方便得嚟唔嘈就最好。
最搞笑我哋個Staycation 有包狗仔嘅食物，佢哋都好詳細問我哋隻狗係咩屬性，可以食啲乜嘢。最後呢度嗰啲嘢都好精美，不過可能我哋隻狗仔都係習慣食返自己啲狗糧。
Btw, 兩公婆就食返佢哋個自助餐，我成日話食嘢要計價錢，呢度算係正常水準以上，計埋性價比好抵，最緊要乾淨企理，就係咁

I’ve been joined a staycation package with my wife and dog in Hotel Alva. We’ve enjoyed the stay and we appreciated there are facilities and care especially for pet owners who would enjoy a short stay. The buffet dinner is great compared with the average meals at the similar price range. As it’s been delighted that they catered our dog’s meal as well.

Room tip: We enjoyed the stay with my dog, but there are restriction area that the pet is no allowed.

Great staff

The whole team had been really helpful during my staycation there with my partner.
Also love the room which is well designed and decorated. There was a minor issue with the drainage in the room and we got it fixed so effectively after reporting it to the front desk.
We will definitely stay again.

No coffee machine bad experience

Two points because the room was okay and the staff was friendly. But the absence of coffee amenities and the discussion about this matter with the staff affected my whole stay in a negative way. I paid serious money to stay 12 nights and their only answer was: it was not included in your package. I asked for a quotation for a standard room, and a standard room includes coffee amenities. Nobody ever mentioned that the quoted package excluded coffee. And this is supposed to be a five star hotel. Very very disappointing. Nobody wanted to solve this problem for me and mentioned the name of a colleague who was on holiday. I was supposed to wait for this person to come back. Why? Because in such a big hotel from a huge company there is only one person that can solve this problem concerning a coffee machine and a couple of coffee capsules? There was also no bathrobe in the room, while there was a card mentioning a bathrobe. And the 2 cups that were in the room I used them for 12 days. They didn’t replace them with clean ones during my whole stay. It was ridiculous. Avoid this so called five star hotel.
