Two points because the room was okay and the staff was friendly. But the absence of coffee amenities and the discussion about this matter with the staff affected my whole stay in a negative way. I paid serious money to stay 12 nights and their only answer was: it was not included in your package. I asked for a quotation for a standard room, and a standard room includes coffee amenities. Nobody ever mentioned that the quoted package excluded coffee. And this is supposed to be a five star hotel. Very very disappointing. Nobody wanted to solve this problem for me and mentioned the name of a colleague who was on holiday. I was supposed to wait for this person to come back. Why? Because in such a big hotel from a huge company there is only one person that can solve this problem concerning a coffee machine and a couple of coffee capsules? There was also no bathrobe in the room, while there was a card mentioning a bathrobe. And the 2 cups that were in the room I used them for 12 days. They didn’t replace them with clean ones during my whole stay. It was ridiculous. Avoid this so called five star hotel.

this is my second time stay, last stay almost a year ago, hotel keeps well in the standard, they have lights in the entrance and outside bar area, it was so comfortable to eat and drink in this weather.
staff checked me in professionally and knew my stay record and my preference. so efficient and polite.
love their environmental efforts, no bottle water, but glass bottle for me to take water from floor water station, no much paper in room which is good.
the large TV is great with many channels and never feel boring.
