We stayed at Lanson Place (LP) in November/December. Our experience has been most wonderful - friendliness and services of staff, complimentary breakfast/cocktails, serenity of environment as well as hotel amenities and facilities have exceeded our expectations!
Ms. Kennis Kwong, my initial contact, answered my questions professionally and promptly every single time; the community team consisting of including Vincent, Andrew, Mandy, Lillian, Vic and even the security guards including Aaron were all awesome. They always went the extra mile assisting me, e.g. I needed some money changes last minute, and Andrew immediately helped me out; my request for fixing a defect to a cabinet door was met with prompt attention, etc. I was blown away in particular by the offer of a room upgrade! What’s more, with an evening departure flight I intended only to ask for luggage storage after checking out by 10:00 am yet to my surprise I was told I could stay closer to my flight time! Even friends who visited were impressed by the courtesies extended to them!
LP is close to the Sai Wan Ho MTR station which is key! We also took delight in taking the short ferry ride from Kwun Tong (10 minute) and the recently opened boat ride from Cheung Kwun O (20 minutes) back to LP as it’s situated along the east west harbour corridor that connects neighbouring districts of Tai Koo Shing and Sau Ki Wan with a mere 15-20 minutes walk! The strolls along the waterfront has been memorable! All in all, Lanson Place is truly a hidden gem not to be missed! Keep up the standard!
